If the replicant is set on Desktop and we update the kernel, the replicant on desktop keep the date of the kernel of when the replicant was created.

The cause and solution for this one shouldn't be much different from that one (that should be closed already).
I'll tackle this one in the near future, unless someone beats me to it.
