Description
This happen with small or large font.
If the mediaplayer window is constanly moved while the video is played, then the subtitle are not cliped.

I cna confirm this, tried to watch some movies and the subtitles were not rendering. Looks like some invalidation problem.

Seeing that, too. Texts get cut off and also don't appear to be centred. I attach a subtitle file. To test, put it in the same folder as the video and rename to "[video file name].English.srt" for MediaPlayer to pick it up.
The test SRT file also shows that UTF characters like "♪" have issues.
FWIW, ffplay of the ffmpeg package has none of these problems, tried with ffplay -vf subtitles=Rename-to-video-file-name.English.srt Rename-to-video-file-name.ogg
