Description
The current Userguide and Welcome packges are from 11.11.2022. There has been quite some translation work of them since, esp. for Friaulian. The Welcome page in the package still says "seventh release" instead of "8th", a change made after 11.11.2022.
Generally, are exports from the Userguide tool sufficiently fool-proof to do a last update right before release? That is, without broad public testing, but just a quick once over by the release manager to see if it seems OK.

Right. Although: The users just downloaded the huge Haiku r1beta4 image, and thy'll have to download over 6 MiB per userguide for over 20 translations on the very next update. Multiplied by our millions of users... :)

We could do this, but at this point we already have a new RC I was about to post, and if it's only minor things like that, we could just provide it as an update instead of going through the hassle to upgrade everything through the pipeline...
