Description
For rumble.com, they don't play at all. On YouTube.com, they show a message saying the browser can't play the video, but when you click on the 'learn more' link, it says that your browser is up to date and can use all the latest features of the site, but the video still won't play.

I see exactly the same thing ever since upgrading to Beta4. I'm now on latest haiku hrev56578+70 x86_64

FYI...other sites like Vimeo, Bitchute and Brighteon have the same issue.
