A menu won't close when you click on their item in the menu bar the second time

Description
For example when you press once on the Deskbar's leaf menu, a menu opens. If you click a second time on that leaf, the window is supposed to close again, but it does not under Haiku; you'll actually have to click somewhere outside the menu to close it again.
The same is true for all other menus in menu bars, of course.

Right. We "lost" this feature with hrev24006... I'll fix that.
