Stack&Tile tile to screen edges

Description
We could allow to tile a window with the screen edge using Stack&Tile shortcut. It would then make the window use the full screen height and half width, similar to the tiling available in modern Windows when you drag a window near a screen edge (their version does not work great with multiple monitor setups).
