Hot plug usb_audio device v1.16 and restart media - crash media_addon_server! - port usb2

Port usb3 - work fine.

Hi, I already cleaned up this ticket yesterday.

Please refrain from spamming such huge console outputs inline! If they are inline use the code tags (three squiqly open brackets and three squigly closed brackets after the code)

kim1963: Please provide the files korli asked for, not 20 times as many. Additionally I had already told you to post only once with the same thing. There was no need to post *three* times that you think the ticket is not a duplicate.

grossekatze: There is no need to add more to an existing ticket like this, this ticket is not about a system freeze, please open a ticket on your own. It is mucj easier to close a potential duplicate than having such a huge unscrollable wall like this here.

All in all please tone it down a bit, this is becoming an annoying mess to follow like this.

2 - external usb_audio device v1.16

Therefore, there will be two sets of similar files - for two different devices

usb audio v2 support is disabled, so only the other device is of interest for this ticket.
