Noise at the end when playing small audio files

Playing back very short audio files adds some noise at the end. Possibly that might be the first few milliseconds of the audiofile (?)

You can use "media_client play" with the two attached WAV files.

• 1-BassDrum.wav is the original < 1s audio sample
• 1-BassDrum_long.wav is that same file, but I added about 3s of silence to its end

No noise with the 2nd file.
