This is wth HaikuWebKit 1.9.4.
I think this is a regression: Checkmarks further down a page are not displayed or clickable. For example, see https://dev.haiku-os.org/admin/spamfilter/monitor

This is just #12890. You didn't notice it most times before because webkit lied about some sizes and those happened to be big enough to counteract the bug in IK.
