regression: CD/DVD booting broken

Description

Works with beta4, doesn't work with hrev56948 (in both QEMU and VMware.) Confirmed by myself and BlueSky: boot just ends in "PANIC: no boot partitions".

Only item I see in syslog: 

KDiskDeviceManager::InitialDeviceScan() returned error: No such file or directory
