Tracker renders application icons and hvif files differently

Description

Tracker renders an application icon differently from the hvif of that icon.

To create the hvif from the application icon, I:

  1. Opened the application (Debugger in the screenshot) in Icon-O-Matic.
  2. Exported the icon using the HVIF file format.

Viewing both of these files in tracker should give the screenshot I attached.
