[AboutSystem] Replicant handle can become invisible

On latest nightly, CPU line of AboutSystem isn't wrapped anymore. Therefore, when the line is too long (it can happen i.e using Haiku in VM) the handle is hidden behind the devs list.

It leads to two problems:

If the line is really too long (For the example I used Haswell-noTSX-IBRS) it makes impossible to grap the replicant and put it on the desktop.

If the line is only one character too long (There I used Haswell-noTSX), you can drag and drop the replicant but it has an invisible handle making difficult to guess how to remove it.

Please provide the revision you used (latest nightly doesn't give a lot of info if this ticket is viewed later, was it the latest build at that point or maybe the latest git commit you build yourself etc.)

It is on hrev57434 x64. I guess that it makes changes culprit for not wrapping the CPU line more likely in commits for hrev57434 or hrev57426.
