Add fuzzy string support for catkeys

Currently, whenever a string is modified, there is no way to keep the previous string in some sort of void, so that translators can use it as a point of reference while updating the string.

Even a single character change does force the translators to re-translate a lengthy string, which is very tedious. For instance, gettext is very useful when dealing with such strings.
