When updating the Noto font, the layout in buttons and menus are too small until reboot.
If it's not SoftwareUpdater's fault for not triggering a reboot, then please reclassify.
Edit: Also in this update was Harfbuzz and one dependency of it.

iirc this is an old bug that occurs when updating the in-use system font.
