Description

Open Terminal, click and drag mouse (selecting) note how the selection gets redrawn multiple times in a loop, note tearing, note high cpu load. -> bug

It seems fixed, (tested on qemu).

I confirm that it is fixed rev 25950, can't seem to close this bug.
