Web+ "LoaderPages" issues

Description

Noticed when testing the 1st beta5 test image, but I suppose it never quite worked(?)

  1. The Tracker window ~/config/settings/WebPositive/LoaderPages is in "Icon mode" with 128px icons. Not ideal for ower resolutions.
  1. When starting "LoaderPages", they don't show offline docs, but go straight to the online version. Only BeBook works, the Quick Tour doesn't work at all, not even the online version. (Quick Tour and User Guide work from the Desktop links as those call little launchers from /system/bin/ instead.)
