WebPositive hangs with high CPU load in WebSocket thread

Reported by: grexe Owned by: pulkomandy
Priority: normal Milestone: Unscheduled
Component: Applications/WebPositive Version: R1/beta5
Keywords: Cc:
Blocked By: Blocking:
Platform: All

Description

Ironically this can be reproduced best by visiting https://haikuinsider.wordpress.com/

When opening some 2-3 articles, maybe 2-3 tabs, I can reproducably bring down WebPositive until it is no longer responsive and I can hear my CPU sweating.

Using latest nightly as of today, hrev58389

WebPositive WebSocket thread going berserk

I don't know if it's related but simply clicking on the Search button (magnifying glass icon), WebPositive goes into coma. Can see an excessive idle load then (all 8 idle threads for the 8 CPU cores at 100%).
