Description
Hidden Tracker Status window appears after Hide all. Steps to reproduce: Launch Tracker. Open any folder. Deskbar->Tracker->Hide All. Deskbar->Tracker->Show All. Suddenly Tracker status window appears on screen. Tested with hrev16521 under vmware.

Yes, and it's even worse: when you quit an application that has open windows in this way (that were not run yet), app_server will deadlock pretty soon.
The "activate window" feature of the deskbar is not yet implemented in the app_server, though, that'll come soon enough :)

Fixed in hrev16536. Minimizing the window did not take the window's hide/show level into account.

Oh, and btw, Hide All also hides Desktop and unhiding any tracker window from deskbar (not Show All) also doesn't work.
