host mimeset is not built as a background app in BeOS

Description
When doing a build under BeOS, our mimeset is constantly popping up in the Deskbar, which is rather annoying. Even though "mimeset" seems to have a resources file that says "I'm a background app", it's obviously not used for the host mimeset used during the build.
