Description
Moving cursor above toolbar of firefox make sound distorted in the same time cpu load is only 30%.

I have a suspicion that app_server generates too many mouse events. so I assign it to this component. Please correct if it's not the case.

Ok, thanks for the feedback. I presume the problem was fixed by reducing latencies in the kernel a while back.
