Description
in BeOS, the cursor can not get up to the top of the screen, its kept 3 or 4 pixels away from the edge.
I noticed this using Deskbar, sometimes my mouse passes the top of the menu, and it closes again.. in BeOS, the cursor can not leave the menu because of this constraint.

You probably have some input server addon which does this, because on stock hrev5 the mouse can reach the top of the screen.
