Description
how to reproduce: have installed HW; Echo Mia MIDI, have installed echo24 driver, have installed echo.settings file, change values in echo.settings, restart media server in Media Preferences.
experienced behavior:Modified settings from echo.settings are not propagated, can be checked by checking sample rate in 'Master output'.
expected behavior: Modified settings from echo.settings are propagated, can be checked by checking sample rate in 'Master output'.
Might be related to bug #2792
