I'd like to propose to either change the behaviour of Magnify's "Freeze/Unfreeze Image" function, or introduce one more function:

"Freeze/Unfreeze Coords" should keep the magnifying glass on a coordinate, but still do live updates of the screen area. It's useful when keeping an eye on a 16x16 icon while changing things in Icon-O-Matic for example or comparing render settings of the app_server etc.

There's no Magnify category under Applications in Trac.
