[Tracker] resizing window could overlap menus with mini icon

Description

If you scale down tracker window you will see nini icon to overlap some menus. To demonstate it i've made up screenshot. Tested with rev16696 under vmware.

Ok, it's look much better, but have minor issue left: Open any folder with files, press Alt+1 so "Attribute" menu item will disappear. Now resize this window to it's minimum and press alt+3.
