Add ethernet driver for Atheros L1

Description

This device is used for wired network on Eee PC 901 and 1000H. The corresponding FreeBSD driver is called ale. See ​http://wiki.freebsd.org/AsusEee#head-0ec25ebfd5cc91803a27ffefe989f34ee19d887e

I have a 1000H on which I can test the driver.

This driver has been ported and is in the repository but not in the image and fully untested yet. I'm awaiting test results from a Haiku user with an EeePC 901.

I've tested the driver on my 900HA (it has this chipset as well) and it works beautifully!

I've now tested on my 1000H and it worked great on that too! Sorry for the delay.
