media_addon_server crashes when i start it in terminal. screenshot will follow. tested with rev16823 under vmware.

media_addon_server is marked as exclusive launch, which is good (means only one copy can be running (single launch would mean one per executable file)

I think this is wrong, picture this: media_addon_server will crash and i want to start it again from tracker and it will crash. In R5 i could do that and i think it is more logical than crash. Reopenig bug, feel free to close it again if you think this is correct behavior.

Could we reject this bug as restarting media_addon_server depends on media_server running anyway ?

Marcus, could we just get rid from this crash window? If you don't want to launch media_adon_server this way, then just don't show users any messages, or alert him, that it should be started via media_server instead, but please, there is no realy need for this crash!

media_addon_server is started automatically by media_server, and is not meant to be started manually.
