[CodyCam] display alert in a video view

It would be nice to be able to play a little with CodyCam, but unfortunately I don't have supported webcam. So if alert with "Can't find video source..." will be just a label in the video view with "Retry" button on it, one can actually be able to play with CodyCam a bit :-)

I'm curious, what would you do with codycam without having a webcam? It does almost nothing other than display what your webcam is currently seeing.

Yes, I know. But imagine a situation that one day we would support most web cams. You fire up CodyCam, but forget to plug in your web cam. Now CodyCam doesn't find your cam and you have to launch it again. Also i would like to know what formats CodyCam support or what other than FTP is hidden there. Not that important but still...

On a related note: I think video view could use a tiny border.

Apparently you already don't need to have a webcam to start playing with CodyCam, after the message you can play with CodyCam. There are some text at the bottom that says "waiting.."

I still think that getting rid of this annoying alert is a good idea. Also lets not forget about thin border around video view. :-)

Can we at least make the dialog box non modal so that it does not prevent quitting the app on shutdown? It is annoying that shutdown gets halted by Codycam just because it has a modal dialog window open.
