Enable Screen Saver,
[x] Turn off screen to 30 seconds.
set Fade now when mouse is here to any corner.
Disable screen saver, while keeping [x] Turn off screen
Now wait 30seconds or move the mouse to the Fade now corner.
Presto! Screen turns off.
