Description

Updates libvorbis library of Haiku to 1.2.3. Didn't need any changes at all, except some minor cleanups. Works fine for me. But still please test.

Summary: Updated version of libvorbis-1.2.3 → Updated versions of libvorbis and libogg available

Libvorbis is now at 1.2.3 and libogg is now at 1.1.4.

Sorry for my description not to be explanatory. These patches were for the ogg and vorbis codecs in the media plug-ins directory, in which it has really old versions of them. The codecs there are statically compiled to the codec plug-in itself, I think. I forgot to update the COPYING and AUTHORS like some files, so they may need to be updated too.
