[LiveCD] files have wrong onwer and group ids

Description
When using a R1A1 LiveCD or an install from a LiveCD, all installed files and folders are owned by user 1001 of group 1001. Only files created after the install are owned by baron of group users. All files should be owned by baron.
whoami at Terminal returns 'user'.
Tested on hrev32991, hrev33000, hrev33010, and hrev33013 R1A1 iso's.
