crash occured during boot. both cd-rom were empty.
this might be related to #4454

It crashed again. Attaching end of syslog from crash, and kdl. Might be related to forgotten usb stick that was attached during boot.

Nobody has seen this in 9 years, it's likely it was fixed by the locking and unmount changes in DiskDeviceManager.
