Phpmailer error prevents new user registration email from coming through

Attempted to create the user lburton earlier this morning...

To reproduce try to create a new user on the CMS.

This was as a result of a new dependency. It is fixed now.

Please, try creating a new account again.

Could you either delete lburton@…/lburton so I can do that.. or allow password resets (and mark my account active?) I get "lburton@… is not allowed to request a new password." when trying to "reset". Thanks, Lee

You account is not blocked, so I am not sure why you are getting such a message.

I went ahead and requested a password reset for you, and it worked, so you should have the details in your mailbox.
