I used the last BeOS PE from http://www.haikuware.com/directory/view-details/development/app-installation/beos-5-pe-max-edition

I can boot BeOS if i set "Don't call the BIOS" in the boot options.

Can you recheck this with a recent Haiku build?

I tried alpah3, but i can't boot the "anyboot" CD because i get a "PANIC: Did not found any boot partitions!" This also happens if i activate all boot options...

EDIT: See also: https://dev.haiku-os.org/ticket/3486

EDIT2: I retry booting with any safe option on. Then i get the same error from initial ticket: """usb uhci -1: register base:0x00000000" Same with CD-Image instead of "anyboot"-CD...
