All the links on ​this page are accessible except the ​bottom right one. Logged in or out doesn't make a difference.

Interesting...

I don't see where that page disappeared to offhand.

If someone knows where it's at, please link here, otherwise I can re-create the page from the old site contents.

FWIW, the guidelines are a bit out of date now that Alpha 1 has been released.
