Haiku_Book_doxygen docs in factory.haiku-os.org gone

The Haiku_Book_doxygen docs hosted at...

​http://factory.haiku-os.org/documentation/Haiku_Book_doxygen/html/index.html

are still using the header from the old website theme. However, because the HTML in the header points to (the now inexistent) old theme graphics on the haiku-os.org domain, the header is not displaying properly anymore.

Either put the necessary graphic files in the same subdomain as the docs and change the links or, perhaps better yet, adopt the Haiku User Guide theme (which is likely to stay with us for a long time).

They are now at ​the API site. They do use a default header though.
