Description

The attached patch​ contains some small changes and adds the Disable LOCAL APIC option. As of hrev33333 both this and the Disable IO-APIC option will only be displayed when APIC is detected (actually, Disable IO-APIC will never show). I added an explanation to the userguide, but I think the wording and presentation can be improved (maybe using a smaller font?).

Just noticed that the Disable SMP option is also missing. I've updated bootloader.patch​.

Thanks Idefix. Committed with hrev33494. I put the commentary in brackets and coloured them gray. I guess that should do. If anyone has a better idea...
