In this include, 'PI' is described like as 'M_PI' in posix/math.h, returning a gcc4 compile error

What header? You need to be a bit more specific if you want others to follow your thoughts. Anyway, there is only a single Matrix.h header in the Haiku repository, and that one does not contain PI.
