MenuItem not selected when button released

Test description:

1. Click on a menu in a menu bar.
2. Click on another menu in the menu bar, and keep the mouse button pressed.
3. Move the mouse pointer to a menu item in the opened menu.
4. Release the mouse button. Now the menu item should be activated, but it is not.

Test setup:

Haiku partition with rev17136 (with minor changes).

Does it work if you keep the mouse button down for a longer time ? (2 seconds, for example)

I reduced the delay from 2 to 1 second, needs some testing but should be better
