Tool Tips at Right Bottom Screen Area Open under the Mouse

When the mouse pointer is near the right bottom screen corner in a over a window that opens a tool tip and the tool tip window is large enough, it opens under the mouse, causing it to be closed again immediately.

Can be easily reproduced e.g. with the DebugAnalyzer's "Scheduling" page.

Maybe I shouldn't have forgotten to add code that keeps the thing on screen in the first place, though...

Now that you mention it, I remember I saw the bug as well, actually, it is pretty likely to be seen when you test the code that moves the tip onto the screen. But somehow I must have forgotten I wanted to fix that as well... :-}
