Touchscreen devices could use a Penmount driver

Many touchscreen devices use Penmount (http://www.penmount.com.tw) touchscreens for input. In my case, it's a Penmount 9000 connected via serial.
I would provide syslog or `listdev' output, but as the screen is not detected there's noting to show.
