PowerStatus does not install on Deskbar

GCC Version: GCC4 Hybrid
PowerStatus fails to install in Deskbar. Nothing happens when I try to install PowerStatus in the Deskbar.
Steps to reproduce:
- Click on the DeskBar menu and select Desktop Applets->PowerStatus
- Click "Install" on the window that opens
- Nothing happens.
I can reproduce this bug on both of my laptops in all revisions I have tried, from R1/Alpha1 to 35328 (however, I have not tried every single revision).
