Description
Multiple launch for Keymap preflet is desirable - To drag the symbols between different keymaps and compare those keymaps. The keymap file MIME type is not defined. Keymap preflet is not set as default application for binary keymap files.

One could add a view for keymaps, but Keymap itself only shows the current keymap - it therefore doesn't make sense to open it twice (ie. two Keymaps would only interfere with each other).
Still, something similar could be done, by letting Keymap open other keymaps without setting the current keymap (in addition to the main window, or similar to what FileTypes does).
