Quite some time ago, the Trash folder was relocated on-disk so it's no longer in /boot/home/Desktop. It now lives at the disk root, and as such a virtual icon gets added to the Desktop to represent it. However, if you dual boot between Haiku and BeOS, the latter will recreate the Trash dir in the Desktop folder, and as a consequence you will see two. rmdir /boot/home/Desktop/Trash should fix it.

Just as I suspected because I have four partitions with Haiku on two HDD.

Never seen this myself. Can you describe how your fresh installation was performed; what revision, gcc2/4/hybrid, where you got it from, how it was installed, etc. Perhaps we can repeat the problem.
