[app_server] doesn't remove crashed apps from screen

For example crash deskbar by moving any file above it several times, then press Debug button, type bt. Now start any other app (i.e. People) and close it, then close terminal window with debug info -> deskbar will be still there.

Also sometimes you could see dbg in procecces (team monitor) even if you closed debug window, dunno how to reproduce it yet, so maybe this should be filed as separate bug when i found it out or maybe Axel will fix it first :-)

This seems to have been fixed by reverting the lazy FP storing patch.
