Description
When you open the preferences -> Locale. Then you can navigate from country to country with the keyboard arrows. If you want to see the submenu of a country you click on the "arrow" and it appears. In some cases it is possible to press the "right arrow" for opening the submenu with the keyboard. And to press "left arrow" to close it. But it works not all the time, just from time to time.
