NetworkStatus applet fails to update shelf icon

Description

NetworkStatus' shelf icon stays in configuring state after (only) interface reaches ready state. Menu shows Ready. Restarted applet displays ready icon.

Also, there's no NetworkStatus component option here in Trac.

More Info: Shelf icon does change to 'no connection' and back to 'configuring' when interface enters those states.

I can confirm this problem, it also happens when there are more than one network devices and one of them is Ready eventually.

I can no longer duplicate this on hrev39748 gcc2h hardware.
