Detecting USB Cam but cant go into webcam properties and CodyCam not work.

It's not a bug, the USB webcam add-on simply isn't implemented at all. It should be removed from the image maybe, though I think it might support some specific models.

(In #5934) Indeed, I transposed two digits. He posted the same ticket twice, probably due to Net+ problems.

hrev36740 deactivated UVC USB webcam inclusion.

listusb -v of your webcam would provide some helpful information. Especially if run in a recent nightly.
