Description
It may be nice to allow the setting of a background image to be in relation to a particular corner, as opposed to the traditional 0,0. This would allow the wallpaper to keep it's relative position across a wider range of resolutions. A working example is the location of the default HAIKU logo on 4:3 vs. 16:9 monitors.

Sounds reasonable. Maybe a small arrow that can moved to one of the 4 corners or center of 4 sides? eg, the green arrow in the Overlay_download HVIF ?

The default should probably be attached to the corner nearest the image (as in if the gap between bottom of screen and bottom of image is less than that on the top side, and gap between left screen edge and left of image is less than that on the right, the anchor point should be the bottom left). IIRC, Backgrounds lets you drag the image around in the preview screen - this should update some kind of indicator for the corner that it's relative to.

The problem is to know to which corner or side the background image should stick. Should this be specified by the user ?
