Description
Here is a localization patch for Webwatch. I also changed readme.html to xhtml transitional.

This will not work : WebWatch is not an application, but a deskbar add-on. So it is not possible to use the regular getAppCatalog. Look at the catalogInAddOn.h header file from the locale kit to see the current workaround. I'm not sure it's working properly, however, so maybe there is no way to get this working yet...
