Description
If double arrow style enabled WebPositive scroll bar style is single. Tracker and other applications support scrollbar arrow styles.

Invalid: The scrollbar style changes are not supported. We should actually remove the code in BScrollbar which handles the various styles. This should be handled differently (by BControlLook).
